Astonishing achievement from Pelli Choopulu

Pelli Choopulu has literally taken the USA box office by storm ( in the league of small size films).

Despite of having two new releases, Srirastu Subhamastu and Manamantha in competition, Pelli Choopulu maintained the trend in raking box office numbers.

Now the film has crossed $500k mark in America.This is for the first time in India film history that a movie which made with below 1cr budget (excluding promotion expenses) has managed to hit half million mark in USA.The film collected $508k as of 11 PM EST.One shouldnt be surprised if this small size film pulls out $700k-$800k in full run.Flip side, even in Telugu states, Pelli Choopulu hasnt really slowed down in its 2nd week.In fact, number of single screens were added yesterday.
