Apple: Apple is investigating iPhone call drop issue

Seoul, Dec 8, 2008 : Apple announced Wednesday that it is investigating the dropped call issue with iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 devices.

Users continue to complain about reception problems even after updating their mobile operating systemApple stated in its first comment that it was investigating the issue and said, "We are doing all we can to provide the best customer experience." Apple released iOS 15.1.1 last month, an updated version to the iOS 15.1, to fix calls drops and other bugs after users around world complained about the issue.South Korean Apple users also reported similar experiences, especially among those who subscribed to LG Uplus Corp.(a telecom operator), Yonhap news agency reports.

LG Uplus created a service section to address the dropped call issue after customers complained about intermittent reception problems in their Apple devices.Other mobile carriers, KT Corp.
