She stated that there are many people involved in this, including the police, a notary and officials attached to the Kerala State Council for Child Welfare and the Child Welfare Committee.

“A copy of the report prepared T.V., a senior IAS official.Anupama must be given to me as I am being told that it wasn’t what was reported in media. This identifies the wrongdoers.Even after all the information has been revealed, Pinarayi Vijayan, the Chief Minister, has yet to speak a word.”I will continue until the wrongdoers get punished,” Anupama said, speaking to the media.

Four days after she gave birth to her baby boy in October 2013, her parents forced her to take it away.

Then, two state-backed agencies, KSCCWC, and the CWC, allowed her to give her child to adoptive parents.

After a media blitz that began last month, the mother was moved to take action.

The adoption was supposed to be formalized by the local family court.Instead, the baby was brought from Andhra Pradesh to Anupama & Ajith this week.

The top officials of these two agencies are all close to CPI-M leaders. So far, there has been no action against them.

Interestingly, Anavoor Nagappan, a top Kerala CPI/M leader in the capital, stood firmly by the two officials. He stated that they have done nothing wrong and that there has been no action against them to date.

V.D.led the Congress-led Opposition.Satheesan attacked Vijayan, the top leaders of CPI-M, and claimed that they played a role in the case of the “missing child”.

She also accused them of “child traficking” and not adoption.

Anupama won the fight to get her child back when the DNA test result came back positive on Tuesday.

The baby had been brought from Andhra Pradesh on Sunday night. The Vijayan government was defeated when Anupama handed the baby boy to his biological parents the next day.
