After the fire incident at Lakshmi Narasimha Swami temple in Antarvedi, security has tightened at all temples in Andhra Pradesh.
Especially, the officials are leaving no stone unturned to uplift the security levels at 656 temples in the Tirupati urban district.Reports state that respective police have issued notices under the AP public safety Act for all the temples, and ordered the administrations to install CCTVs to ensure 24 hrs surveillance.

Earlier, the 40 ft Chariot, which is usually used during Radhotsavam, has caught fire when it was in a shed on the temple premises.
