Mumbai 10th August : Anjali Arora from the reality show starring Kangana Ranaut”Lock Upp,” has added a fresh twist to the cult song called ‘Saiyyandil Mein Aana Re’, originally recorded in the film ‘Bahar’ from 1951″, which was directed by Shamshad Begum.The song was based on Vyjayanthimala.The original track was written by S.D.Burman The track has received a fresh spin with Gourov Dasgupta’s musical compositions, Shruti Rane’s vocals and contemporary dance moves from Anjali.
She declared: “It is such a amazing feeling to be part of the revival of the track that was shot on the other side of Vyjayanthimalaji.”
The two expressed similar sentiments.Gourov stated: “I feel blessed to have the chance to revisit a classic tune composed by S.D.Burman.I can’t wait to hear how listeners react to our rendition of an old classic.
