Chaudhary is slapped by Amarinder

Chandigarh 26 Nov : Amarinder Singh, former Chief Minister, lashed out at Harish Chaudhary the Congress secretary in-charge for Punjab, claiming that he was hand in glove with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP, and other leaders when he was Chief Minister.

Amarinder clarified that if he had made any contact with the Prime Minister or BJP, I wouldnt have supported the farmers agitation and demanded the repealing of the agricultural laws and passed law at the Vidhan Sabha to prohibit them.He stated that he was the Chief Minister and Home Minister for Punjab and that he was supposed meet the Prime Minister, the Union Home Minister, and his ministers who would meet with their central counterparts.

He ridiculed Chaudhary, saying that even your new CM had met the PM and Home Minister."From your stupid logic, then he should also have an understanding with BJP and be waiting to be sacked.

" Amarinder Singh stated that it was the first time that a party-in-charge had made the state his permanent residence "I have worked alongside 14 party in-charges such as Pranab Mohsina Kidwai and Janaradhan Dwivedi to list a few and they would rarely interfere, except visiting or settling down Punjab", he recalled, while noting that a party in charge is not supposed to settle down within the state he is assigned, but to facilitate interaction with the high command.He added that there was a man who had been fired from the government because he was named in a murder case in Punjab and is now enjoying "Chief ministerial power and privileges" in Punjab.

This has made Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Choni a rubber stamp by dictating terms to Charanjit Singh Channi.He claimed that Chaudhary had been attending the Cabinet meetings and other meetings of officers.This is illegal and against the Constitution.
