After dissatisfaction Ram roped Rashi

Actress Rashi Khanna is the toast of the season these days.She was introduced to tollywood with Oohalu Gusagusalade film and later appeared in films like Joru and Jil.

Though her last venture Jil tanked without a trace, her glam quotient and acting prowess earned her good applause.The latest is she is roped in for hero Ram Pothinenis up next film Shivam.

Directed by debutante Srinivas Reddy, Rashi is finalised for the film.As per reports Raashi Khanna has come on board in the upcoming romantic-drama "Shivam" in place of Aisha Sharma, who was earlier roped in to play the lead in the movie.

Makers roped Rashi in place of Aisha and the reason behind the move was not known.Reports say makers found Aisha too inexperienced to play the role in this movie which is a rural kind of character.

"Although she is a model, she could not grasp the character.So it was suggested to replace her with Raashi Khanna," a source said.

Rashi will be seen opposite Ravi Teja in Sampath Nandis Bengal Tiger.Ram is currently busy shooting simultaneously for Pandaga Chesuko and Shivam.
