Farah (Afghanistan), November 27 : .Police in Afghanistan’s western Farah Province have arrested 11 people for involvement in criminal activities, according to a police official. The men were involved in a variety criminal activities, including armed robbery and car theft.They have been taken into custody and an investigation has been started to find more of them, Mawlawi Edris reported to Xinhua news agency.
According to the official, a car and four motorbikes were stolen from the possessions the arrested and have been turned over to their owners.
The Taliban-led government has pledged to stabilize security and ensure law & order in war-torn Afghanistan.
