Regina Cassandra, Naveen Chandra, and Adivi Sesh’s Telugu film, ‘Evaru’, which released in 2019, went on to garner rave reviews from both critics and audiences.This suspense thriller directed by Venkat Ramji was loosely inspired by a popular Spanish film, ‘The Invisible Guest’, and was a decent hit at the box-office in Telugu as well.
According to the latest reports, ‘Evaru’ is all set to be remade in Kannada. Popular young Sandalwood stars, Hari Priya and Diganth, have been roped in to play the lead roles originally essayed by Regina and Sesh respectively.The Telugu version was produced by Pearl.V.Potluri under PVP Cinemas.
According to sources, a big production house is likely to produce this venture in Kannada and it is also being said that all the technicians who have worked in Telugu, will join the Kannada version too.The shoot is likely to begin once the pandemic ends.Keep watching this space for more updates!
