ACB Arrests Khammam TDP MLA

The worst fears of TDP party have come true.

Satthupalli MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in the infamous Cash for Votes scam.

Sandra was taken into custody by cops after long interrogation.Sandra is the second TDP MLA to be arrested in the case.

Revanth Reddy was arrested recently and released on bail.Few days before ACB served notices to Sandra asking him to appear for interrogation.

TS ACB has served fresh notice to T-TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah to appear before them on Tuesday for questioning session in connection with cash-for-vote case.The ACB officials have served notices to Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and Khammam TDP Yuva Morcha leader Jimmy.

But, the interesting point is that the ACB has served them notices under Sec: 41 (A) instead of 160, which enables it to arrest them both without any arrest warrant.
