3rd-placed party to challenge Nigerian presidential poll outcome in court

Abuja, March 3 : Peter Obi of Nigerias Labor Party (LP) said they would head to court to challenge the outcome of the recently-held presidential election in the country.Obi told reporters here on Thursday that he would follow all available legal and peaceful procedures to reclaim the partys mandate in court, alleging that the election process was "flawed", reports Xinhua news agency"It was a clear deviation from the electoral rules and guidelines as promised," the LP presidential candidate said, claiming he was robbed of his mandate.
