Two days all India meeting in Itanagar for’maximum government minimal government’

Itanagar 17 August : A two-day conference will begin in Arunachal Pradeshs Itanagar on Thursday, bringing the citizens and the government closer by implementing various reforms to the administration with the policy goal of "maximum governanceand with a minimum government" officials announced on Wednesday.

The two-day event will feature presentations will be given in five distinct sessions reforms in governance public grievance redressal electronic office and good governance practices in Northeastern states district good governance indexes, as well as good governance practice.At the conference, universal access to e-services, excellence in digital initiatives at the district level, excellence in adopting emerging technologies and use of information-communication-technology management, would also be highlighted.

Union Minister of State PMO Personnel Public Grievances, Pensions, Jitendra Singh, along with Arunachal Chief Minister of the state, Pema Khandu and the Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, would inaugurate this first of the kind event.The National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG), Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DAR and PG) will sign an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the state government to run mid-career development programs in Governance for the 500 employees of Arunachal Pradeshs Administrative Services over the next five years.
